How do I find you?
I am situated in a private family home in a small village. Follow the satnav directions to Thame Road. You are looking for a driveway next to a large hedge with the sign above out on the bank. If you have any trouble at all finding us just give me a call.

Where can I park?
Please drive into the driveway and don't park out on the road. I have a wide gravel drive with enough parking for an extra car dropping off or picking up and it is easy to turn around.
What do I do when I arrive?
To the left of the house door you will see a tall wooden fence. The Canine Calm Grooming Pod is situated behind this fence. I will meet you at the gate in this fence. Please do not come through the fence until I come to greet you. If it is raining and you would prefer to stay in your car, just call when you arrive.
Is there any flexibility around arrival and pick up times?
I cannot kennel or crate your dog so it is essential that you arrive at your scheduled drop off and collection times.
What do I need to know about your dog to ensure their safety and mine?
I need you to be really honest about your pets behaviour and health. I am happy to work with difficult dogs but to avoid any unnecessary accidents I need as much information as possible about the things they find difficult and may need a different approach with.
What is a small, medium or large dog?
An example of a small dog would be a Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier and Dachsund.
An example of a medium dog would be a West Highland Terrier, Miniature Schnauzer and a springer spaniel.
An example of a large dog would be a Labrador, German Shepherd and a Standard Poodle.
